My goal is to help reduce muscle soreness and pain, anxiety, and promote a more restful sleep. As a client you can expect me to really hone in on what muscles need to be worked out.
I have thriving interest in helping people and helping each person reach their goals. My main focus is to use a holistic approach by being attentive and focus on a person's wellness and not just their injury or condition. Whether you desire relaxation, work on long term injuries, or trauma, I will do my best to meet you where you stand on your current journey. Each session is focused on you and treating your specific problems!!
I kindly ask for 24-hour or more advance notice for cancellation of massage if you need.. However I do understand things come up and do respect those situations!
